Rental Policies





We are a corporate event, party and special event rental center. Offering the highest quality, reasonable prices with personalized service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rental charges are based on time out, not time used.  Special rates are available for Extended Rental periods.  Customer agrees to inspect rental equipment at the time of delivery/possession. Customer is responsible for lost or damaged property. Late fees are charged when equipment is not returned on time.

DELIVERY
Delivery fees are based on mileage. There are additional charges for deliveries and pickups made outside of our normal business hours and/or outside of our regular service area. There are additional charges for deliveries and pickups scheduled at a specific time. These are referred to as SPECIALS.  There are additional charges for deliveries above ground level, stair cases, and more than 20 feet from delivery vehicle. Delivery does not include set up or break down of equipment.  If any of these services are necessary, arrangements and payment must be made in advance. 

NOTE: Weeks with a high volume of pickups and deliveries, non-special deliveries and pickups, may be rescheduled by one business day at no extra charge to the customer.  We will notify the customer in advance if such a change occurs.

CARE
All dishes, silverware, glassware, etc. are clean, sterilized, delivered in sealed plastic containers and ready to use. For sanitary reasons, all items must be rinsed free of food immediately after use and packed in the original containers ready for pick-up. If management deems that the equipment was returned in poor or dirty condition, a cleaning fee will be charged.

Linens are to be kept as dry as possible to prevent mildew. Damage and or cleaning fees will be charged for candle wax, burn holes, tears, and excessive mold or mildew.

All cooking equipment must be used in accordance with local fire regulations. We assume no responsibility or liability. Grills and ovens must be cleaned and free of food and debris.

The customer is responsible for all equipment from time of delivery to time of return. Before delivery, all items are checked and counted. These same items should be checked and counted when received by the customer and any discrepancies should be reported to ADDCO Party Rental immediately. All items are checked and counted when returned to us. We do charge for missing, damaged or broken items. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather.

PAYMENT
FULL PAYMENT IS DUE ON, OR BEFORE DELIVERY.

Cash or Credit Card deposits are required for all rental orders. Damages, losses and cleaning fees will be deducted from all deposits. A 50% Deposit is required when placing an order. A major credit card is required as a security deposit. 

CANCELLATION
Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours before delivery to avoid the following charges:
Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Cancellations after our truck is loaded will incur a 50% restocking fee.
Cancellations after our truck has left the warehouse will incur a 100% restocking fee.


Management retains the right to change prices and delivery policies without notice.
